Irving Singer, Director -

Irving commenced trading as Austin Chambers & Co. in December 1977 from a small wooden shack very near to High Barnet station. In 1981 he moved premises to 193 Woodhouse Road.

15 years later this office became too small therefore the company moved next door to larger premises at 191 Woodhouse Road which is where they currently trade. His speciality is commercial management and he has built up a thriving department which has expanded over the years. His hobbies are the gym, tennis and having the pleasure of his three grandchildren.

Richard Klein, Sales Director -

Richard joined Austin Chambers in 1985 as a trainee negotiator quickly learning the ropes and soon became the company’s chief valuer.

In 1991 he was made sales director. A member of the NAEA Richard has long established himself as the number 1 estate agent in the locality having an unrivalled 30 years plus experience in the area.

He is a keen Spurs supporter, a regular visitor to the gym & when able to enjoys going on holiday to warmer climates.

Ali Khani, Lettings & Associate Director -

In 2007, Ali Khani joined the company and took over what was then a relatively small lettings department as a Lettings Negotiator. He worked his way up over the year and has now expanded this department greatly, acting for some three hundred and fifty landlords and the department is growing year by year. He obtained his qualifications in lettings and property management in 2015 with 15 years of experience behind him at the time and became a ‘Member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents’ (MARLA). Due to his years of experience in the property industry his was also given his Associate membership with the National Association of Estate Agents (ANAEA) in the same year.

He was made Lettings Director in December 2015 and has great experience in many of our rental markets. Having worked locally in areas such as Finchley and surrounding areas, Friern Barnet, Southgate, Palmers Green, Highgate, Muswell Hill and Crouch End as well as West and Central London areas such as Holborn, St Johns Wood, West Hampstead, Earls Court, Hammersmith, Ealing, North Kensington and as far south as Twickenham and Teddington, he fully understands our clients’ needs. Ali enjoys watching Football and loves playing Snooker and is also a keen Poker Player. Being multi-lingual and fluent in Farsi, Ali has the skills in understanding consumer requirements on a personal level which has proven to keep tenants and clients happy with us in using our services on a long term basis.

Lesley Singer - Director/Company Secretary

Lesley helped to set up Austin Chambers in 1977 and has been company secretary and part of the sales team since 1995. In 2000 her role expanded and she became involved in supporting the commercial management department. Lesley is a keen tennis player, goes regularly to the gym and is a yoga fan. She also spends many hours cooking and looking after her growing family.

Saba Ahmadi -Property Manager

“Since joining Austin Chambers & Co in 2016, Saba has strengthened her skills in property management, real estate and property services and is currently working towards her Level 3 Diploma in Residential Lettings and Property Management. Although she was new to the property industry, Saba had previously worked across a wide range of sectors including retail, customer service and administrative roles and has implemented her experience within her role here as Property Manager.

Saba thoroughly enjoys the family atmosphere and takes pleasure in working for such a close knit network. She offers an extremely focused, personal yet professional approach to the management services’ and always ensures that priority is placed on both customer and corporate services.

Outside of the office Saba enjoys going to the gym, eating out and spending time with her family and friends”

Dharshy Mahalingam -Senior Accounts Manager

Vina Bhudia -Commercial Accountant

Vina joined the company in September 2011 as a Bookkeeper. She has 39 years of experience in accounts and is AAT qualified. Her duties are overlooking the business and client accounts for regular reconciliation, arranging VAT returns and organising rent demands and other aspects of the client account management side in the commercial department. Her hobbies are taking long walks, dancing and enjoys her Yoga time.

Tatyana Yankulska - Administrator

Tatyana joined our team in 2011 as an administrative assistant and now she is working closely with the accounts department. Tatyana has a high school diploma in economics & social science. She is a native Bulgarian speaker and fluent in French. She has previous experience as an office assistant & an international trader. In her spare time she likes travelling & spending time with family & friends.
